Welcome to Modern Grain Table Co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Custom Orders

All of our tables are custom made to order. Once your order is placed and production begins, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

2. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment methods. Pricing is subject to change at any time but will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

3. Production & Shipping

Production times may vary but typically range from 4–6 weeks. Each table is handcrafted and thoroughly inspected before shipment. Shipping timelines depend on freight carrier availability and destination. Customers will be contacted to coordinate delivery once their table is ready.

4. Delivery & Freight Damage

All tables are shipped via insured freight. Upon delivery, you must inspect your table for any signs of damage. If damage is present, note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with filing a claim. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier, but we will work closely with you to resolve any issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for more information.

6. Product Variations

Each table is made from real hardwood and finished by hand. Natural wood characteristics, including grain patterns, knots, and color variations are part of the beauty of handcrafted furniture and are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, product photos, and branding on this site are the property of Modern Grain Table Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Modern Grain Table Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to this site.
