Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted tables and the high cost of freight shipping, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Each table is made to order and thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility. All shipments are fully insured and carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

In the rare event that your table arrives with damage from shipping, a freight claim will be filed with the carrier. We will assist you in documenting and resolving the claim as quickly as possible. Please inspect your table upon delivery and notify us of any shipping damage within 48 hours.
